Build a Chippendale Writing Table

During this weeklong class you will build this exceptional Chippendale table. You will learn dovetailed, and mortise and tenon case construction. Hand cut dovetailed drawers with cock beaded drawer fronts. We will cover carving a corner bracket along with a rope twist carved down the center of the front legs. You will learn how to cut and apply Marlborough feet. We will send you a tool list and cut list so you can provide your own tools and material. Cost for this class is $1250. Lunch is included.

Friday  8-3

You will mold a long piece then cut to length and apply at the bottom of each leg. Many of these processes can be duplicated for many of your future pieces.
